We were not impressed by:- the artificial beach is fairly small and got really crowded the last two days of our trip- the adult-only artificial lake was full of algae- the dining room (buffet) was really dusty - the noise: we could hear everything in the hallway and in the connecting room - we wanted to upgrade but our room was as nice as the ones we were showed at the Royal Club- we didn't visit the Xcaret Park as we felt the admission costs ($79 US) should have been lower for customers of the Xcaret HotelThere was almost no entertainment but what we saw was good. We didn't visit the buffets, so I cannot comment on them. We're definately going back to cruising.
